Gal's Sushi?

Everytime I go to Gal's Sushi on Warden/hw7, it makes me wonder why their name isn't "Gal's Korean Food". Their sushi is decent but it is often their korean dishes that amazes me.



Decided to give their pork bone soup a try for lunch. I've had pork bone soups quite a bit around town and i must say that Gal's is one of the better ones if not the best I've tried. Pretty flavourful in terms of meat and bone flavour without being overloaded with msg or spice. The meat were also fall-off-the-bone tender without being dry and stringy or full of fat. I go elsewhere for japanese food but whenever i go to Gal's Sushi, I will be ordering korean dishes.
