Yesterday's Lunch

Had nothing better to do so I headed down to the St. Lawrence Market for lunch. Grabbed lunch at the famous carousel bakery (reviewed and liked the great Emeril). Their world famous pea meal back bacon on a bun was a must. Also tried an italian chicken parmigiana and eggplant sandwich which was also delectable.

Impromptu Shoot with a Sexy Beast

Had the pleasure to do some photo's for Bret's NSX last night. Im sure you've all seen this car around

Not my best work given the short time i had with the car and the lack of locations but the subject more than makes up for it. Pics can be seen here

Dae Bak Korean Restaurant

Dae Bak, located at Yonge/Steeles is one of the few korean restaurants that offer charcoal bbq. But I wasnt there to eat, I was there this past weekend doing some photos for their revised menu. Some of the pics can be seen here

Mississauga Rib Fest

Grabbed some food from the Rib Fest at Mississauga City Hall. Some stand (dont recall the name) had a slab of rib/pulled pork/chicken special for $40. I got that along with some fresh chips and an onion blossom. Ribs were amazingly tender and all the meat had a very pungent and sweet sauce. But everything lacked "smoky-ness"

All in all: Delicious at first, disgusting later on... cant wait to go back for more (similar to All Star Wings)

Import Expo

The first ever Import Expo was organized and held this past weekend at Mosport DDT. Relatively good turn out. Due to the blazing sun and scorching heat, I pretty much sat in the shade during the whole event. Didn't take that many pictures but as OptionJDM's official/unofficial camera guy, I snapped a few and here they are

A Proper Teg

Kris' DC2. Rest of the pics can be seen here Was damn hot this week so this was one of my toughest shoots to date. Also my first time doing something illegal for a photoshoot (trespassing doesn't count). I managed block a lane and rigged on an open road :)

Amuse'd

Had the opportunity to do a few snap of Chris' Amuse S2000. One 2 in Toronto with full Amuse kit (that I know of) and definitely the nicest S2000 in Toronto. The rest can be seen here.

Had the opportunity to do a few quick snaps with a pair of S2000's, both with full J's kits. Blue one belongs to David at OptionJDM. First time putting the sigma 10-20 to use and results werent bad. The rest can be seen here.
